Future Fuels involved Ross Insulation lagging and cladding pipe work and equipment in the new D block at the New Zealand Refining Company. All of the sheet metal cladding was designed and fabricated at our workshop in Whangarei. It was then transported to the refinery where it was then fitted by site staff.
The Golden Bay Project was commissioned by Transfield Worley. Our involvement in this project required insulation and cladding of new gas train ducts and filter house. This project presented many new challenges for Ross Insulation, such as development and design of large cladding that would be easy to fit by our onsite crew in tight work spaces.
Installing new insulation and cladding on brown fields project at New Zealand Refining Company. This project was completed on schedule with an excellent safety performance. This project also included two major shutdowns with high staff involvement and tight deadlines.
